I like you live in south devon (brixham) and am just venturing into the world of ethical and green weddings. The company I work for already have a green bronze award in tourism and now are looking to expand into ethical and green weddings. Lots of your ideas are areas I have looked at to help promote local trade and like you fairtrade is very close to my heart.
