All new Ethical Weddings!!

I have been a little conspicuous by my absence on the Ethical Weddings blog these last few weeks… so a big thank you to our blogger brides for keeping the posts coming!
I’ve been busy beavering away organising the Virgin Holidays Responsible Tourism Awards for responsibletravel.com. The winners were announced last Wednesday in a wonderful ceremony (lots of whoops and cheers from the winners!) at World Travel Market’s World Responsible Tourism Day.
The New Forest took away the honours for overall winner while winners in other categories spanned the globe - check out the Responsible Tourism Awards website for details of all the winners and to flick through the gorgeous r:travel magazine featuring the Awards - you’re bound to find some excellent ethical honeymoon ideas with so many award winning responsible holidays to choose from.
But I digress!
The Awards were not the only thing on my mind…
We have also behind the scenes been working away on a new and improved Ethical Weddings site. And we quietly launched yesterday!
If you look right at the top of this blog, you’ll see you can now use ‘Home’, ‘About us’ etc. to take you to the new site - or just go directly to www.ethicalweddings.com
We have lots of new features for you from ethical wedding experts waiting for your queries, to challenges, top tips, more real ethical weddings and of course… our lovely ethical wedding supplier directory where you can find out much much more about what our suppliers are doing to help your wedding or civil partnership be as green and ethical as possible.
But this is just a beginning… we’ll be adding more and more articles, real ethical wedding stories, top tips as time goes on.
We want to make Ethical Weddings a really useful and inspiring resource for you so let us know what you want to see there, send us your questions, your ideas, your reviews, and get chatting in the forum… we can’t do it without you!
