Hi Sharon

I will dig out the recipes I've been using and post them on the blog in the next week or two, along with a picture of my tin (which I will measure as well). I'm getting into practice and now I'm just wondering how best to ice them to make them look reasonably professional for the photographs!

Good luck with yours... I'm sure it will be yummy!

I would be very interested in your quantities for a wedding cake and sizes used as I want to make a fairtrade wedding cake and was wondering where to start

Hi! Not sure where you are in Berkshire, but here in Oxford a lady sells local flour at our farmers market, http://www.eastoxfordmarket.org.uk/ every Saturday. She's from Willowbrook farm - you can contact her through the link on the website, I know she goes to other markets around here so maybe one near you.. I'm planning to make my own cake too! A huge amount of fun I think :-)
