		<description>Yay!  Thanks for putting your recipe up.  I'll try it when we get carrots from our CSA share.  I tried a white velvet cake recipe a few weeks ago using agave nectar.  The cake was fine... the frosting was disgusting but I also learned that I don't like frosting in the process ;)

I recently learned that Mani's in Los Angeles has a blog where they put up their recipes.  They are known for using sugar alternatives and kind ingredients.  Their recipes on their blog include their fruit reduction that they use to sweeten some of their goods.
