Veggie weddings

With National Vegetarian Week just around the corner from 21-27 May, we thought it would be a great idea to hear how vegetarian brides and grooms are planning their weddings.
What are the bonuses?
Stylish veggie wedding shoes from Beyond Skin? A cheaper (and healthier?), lower-carb (emissions that is!) wedding breakfast?
And what are the issues?
Maybe your partner isn’t vegetarian and you have to decide where to compromise.
Or perhaps you’re in a dress dilemma over ‘vegetarian silk’ that the Vegetarian Society doesn’t recognise…

Sounds great! Can’t wait to see some veggie food suggestions. I have loads of veggie, vegan friends so have been trying to make the vegetarian dishes central to our buffet menu, but we seem to be stuck with pretty boring fare.
