He's not a vegetarian, but understood how important it was to me and we had a vegetarian wedding reception. I was delighted to be able to have a dress made to my design, with fair-trade organic cotton underlays, and vegetarian silk, by a dressmaker I found from the ethical weddings website - Wholly Jo.
